Shipping policy

All Sanz Creations LLC products are customized and made to order.

Our standard time to process, produce and ship an order is up to 15 business days from the date on which the order and payment have been received correctly. Weekends and holidays are not considered working days.

Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, the transit time and final delivery date will depend on the selected shipping service, the destination and any circumstances beyond the control of Sanz Creations LLC.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Sanz Creations LLC is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
